Automatic alerts now flag hosting accounts that WHM finds on a different server than the one stored on the service.

Clearer Hosting Access

Active Services now shows hosting server badges, DNS readiness checks, and masked cPanel passwords with reveal controls.
Admins can resend hosting welcome details in one click, and the queue dashboard now includes the 24-hour hosting sync monitor.

Elite Congratulations Email

A themed Elite email is queued once when a reseller reaches Elite status.
The email includes the OpenWeb logo, strong contrast, the Elite congratulations message, and the WebHotel.cloud or SupportOasis gift options.

Cleaner Product Catalogue

Telkom Saver promotional plans are now hidden from the reseller Buy Product list.
Saved links to hidden Telkom Saver products are blocked so promotional products cannot be ordered by bypassing the catalogue.

Faster Credit Management

The admin Manage Credit page now loads resellers in server-side pages of 5 entries per page.

Credit-wallet totals now handle Decimal wallet values and live renewal calculations safely.
The credit-management query path was cleaned up to avoid noisy pagination warnings.

Product Catalogue Cleanup

Microsoft 365 has been retired from new reseller orders while existing active Microsoft 365 clients remain supported.
Existing Microsoft 365 services follow normal cancellation rules, but new upgrades and downgrades are no longer offered.

Free SIM Holding

Unused SIM holding is now charged at R0.00 for all resellers.
Renewal calculations, sync notices, Active Services placeholders, and admin wording now reflect that SIM holding is free.
Stored wallet renewal totals were refreshed where available SIM inventory could have left stale R1 charges visible.

OpenWeb Points May Promo

The live rewards promotion now earns 1 OWP per R4 spent until 31 May 2026.
Monthly renewal rewards and newly provisioned product-order rewards now use the same R4 divisor.

YouTube Premium Bundle

Eligible account orders can now add YouTube Premium for R79/month during the May promotion.
The order form captures a required @gmail.com address and charges normal pro-rata today.
Admin Pending Orders now shows the Gmail account that must receive YouTube Premium.

Recurring Renewal Handling

Provisioned YouTube bundles now appear under Active Services with the supplied Gmail account.
The recurring R79 YouTube service is included in monthly renewal calculations while active.
The bundle option automatically disappears from new orders after 31 May 2026.

All SpaceShip TLD renewal prices are now stored in the database after checking 1254141541254.{tld} through the SpaceShip API.
Annual domain renewals now use the required 150% margin instead of older fixed markup rules.
Existing domain services have been refreshed with current renewal amounts.

Domain Renewal Control

Active Services now shows a red Renew Domain Now action when a domain enters its renewal window.
Manual renewals debit the wallet once and queue the admin Pending Orders domain-renewal workflow.
If not manually renewed, the monthly Sync Process adds the annual renewal once for that domain expiry date.

Billing Safety

Monthly invoices now show domain renewals as separate annual renewal lines.
Duplicate protection prevents the same service/domain/expiry from being renewed twice.

Static IP Add-on Accuracy

Static IP add-ons now provide 1 x Static IP address across every package where the add-on is available.

Checkout & API Consistency

Resellers can now select multiple customers, auto-select dormant customers, and delete them in one action without losing service/order history.

Switched ModBot to the refreshed MANTIS-5DUWS channel and API key, restoring successful outbound notifications.

Queue Diagnostics & Rewards
